Cancellation/No-Show Policy

Services and Perks will not be carried over to other months if unused. No-shows and cancellations within less than 24 hours of the time of the appointment will count as Service & Perk for the month the appointment is scheduled.
*Membership cancellations need to be made before the 1st of each month; 3 month minimum.
